We are principals, beginning in 1990 with predecessor companies, and have built a solid reputation and track record for being customer service and results focused. We strive to utilize our balance sheet to maximize our capital utilization efficiency.

As investors in residential and commercial real estate and aviation, we opportunistically acquire assets and proactively manage our portfolio to achieve superior financial returns and maximize tax efficiency. Our real estate assets have included multifamily, strip shopping centers, healthcare/medical offices, and single and multi-tenanted net leased buildings. Our previously owned aviation assets have included narrowbody Boeing passenger aircraft and Pratt & Whitney engines.
We are not volume-driven and our analytical, discerning approach allows us to be patient and selective in our acquisitions. We are generally long-term investors and holders of assets, with some currently in our portfolio having been held for over twenty years. We have achieved success over the years by adding value through a combination of negotiating favorable lease extensions, utilizing creative structured financing, making capital improvements, finding new lessees / tenants and by incorporating property tax incentive programs.

What We Do
Through our broad market relationships, we identify in-demand leased assets that we are able to acquire which offer superior growth and profitability potential. Rarely do we purchase speculative, off-leased assets that do not generate immediate income. We analyze market trends, evaluate macroeconomic factors and indicators, location characteristics, and political, regulatory and repossession risk in the case of aviation assets, and our goal is to use prudent leverage to finance the asset purchase under favorable terms and conditions.
We diligently oversee and monitor all aspects of asset operations, maintenance, management and financial reporting, however, we sometimes selectively outsource some of the above functions when it makes sense to do so. We pride ourselves on maintaining strong relationships with our tenants, lessees and lenders, and view them as partners in our continued success.
